JB's and spurs

at the moment we have got a ring main with a jb on it then to a socket
(perviously move the socket an extendend using a jb)

can i add on another socket using the jb

Under current(sic) regs a jb has to be accessable,ie not under floorboards or buried in wall, can you do the connections in the existing sockets?
