JIB grading and the AM2 assessment

Hi does anyone know if you require the AM2 practical assessment so as to apply for grading as an electrician as i am considering applying for grading? Retrained as a lecky did not do an apprenticeship but have all the qualifications 2360 1 &2 ,ecs assessment .2381.2391 so am i eligable?or will i only be accepted as an improver?

I have done C&G 2360 pt1 + 2 and am in the process of doing an NVQ3 and have just applied for grading too. I have 3 years experience.
