JIB/PMES Cards, info needed please.

is there anyone in the brighton area, I need to get a JIB/PMES Card or a skills card. where do I need to go to get one. thanks
And whats the difference between the cards.
And what do you need to do to get the cards.
And are they worth there weight.

Is this for Health And Safety? all my guys carry CSCS Skill Card, they have to sit an Exam every five years which are held all around the country at driving theory test centres
