Can you combine the loop in method with an exsisting junction box lighting circuit or is this bad practice?

Go for it, lighing circuits can loop in and out of the roses or the switches.....or yes....the old school JB method.

Which ever is easier for the situation is fine, mix and match to your hearts content.

Is there a limit to the amount of new lights you can add by looping in if they are coming off a rose attached to a circuit that has fat multi terminal oozing wires type junction boxes.

How does the no more than 1200 watt JB rule accomodate loop-ins added on does this rule remain the same?

If you have a 3 gang switch with 2 gangs ( 1 gang is 2 way) being activated from a JB set up can the 3rd gang occupy the switch cable from a loop in? Is this too complex?
