if your lucky and the water was "pure " enough it may work again when it dries out all depends on where it went
all depends if any dammage was done by stray currents
when it looks completly dry give it another few day and plug it in "CAREFULY" but dont hold your breath

If your TV was on when the water went down the best scenario is that the internal tv fuse may just have blown.If thats the case a good long spell with the tv upside down to dry out (so the water drips off the chassis) and replacement fuse may cure. But in my experience usually the damage is catastrophic and it's an insurance claim job.
