Kenmore - Knocking in wash cycle only - Help

I have a Kenmore Model 10 92478100 washing Machine that is knocking in the wash cycle. The cycle will start by filling then the agitating starts. The clothes after a few seconds gets wraped around the agitator and places a load on the machine which causes the knocking. I replaced the top agitator clutch(dog ears), but this didn't fix the problem. Any suggestions? Dano
