I just hooked up an older Kenmore Laundry Center model number 417.99370830... two things. On the way bringing it up to my apartment, two knobs the dryer knob and the wash temperature knob got knocked off and are now lost forever, so any suggestions on where I could get a new pair of knobs? Also, after it is hooked up, only cold water seems to come out, but here's the thing. When the wash temperature is turned to hot or warm, only cold comes out. When the dial is turned to cold nothing comes out. I am not sure if it is hooked up improperly or if this is a machine problem...
