Kenmore 665.1703 I think this is similar to a Whirlpool Gold. Its about 18 months old and the top rack does not clean. I don't know where to check the filters. There is a plastic screw in the center of the lower arm but it has been cross threaded since new and I can't get it off. I think filters may be under there somewhere.
