I'm doing research as we're planning on replacing the over-the-cooker extractor fan with one that vents to the outside due to a major condensation problem.
I need one that's reasonably powerful but not so loud it's like cooking on a runway at Heathrow! I have no idea what would be a suitable specification so I'd really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction of what I should be looking for. I'd prefer one that is fairly energy efficient as well.
I have no idea how much they cost, but we can't spend a huge amount of money, but don't want to get one that's rubbish either. Mid range price I suppose really!
