Kitchen Fused Spur Sink Proximity

Hello,

Can someone please let me know what the regs state as to the positioning of a switched and unswitched fused spur near to a kitchen sink. I am presuming there is a difference but I'm usually wrong.

No regulation but the likes of niceic state a minimum of 300mm.
As stated by a few others on here use some common sense as to distance & positioning of accessories near kitchen sinks.
