hopefully you can help me.
we plastered our kitchen 7 months ago but did not renovated at that time. we only did light mist coat.
now we are planning to decorate it and to seal it properly i have applied one single coat of zinsser gardz.
my plan is to apply *dark colour* dulux diamond egg shell paint but ceiling is very patch see pics.
should I do a white emulsion paint first or apply diamond eggshell.
