In my kitchen there are two double plugs over work top. One a spur from the other. There are also two fused spurs under the work top powering 2 fridges. So that’s a double plug and two fused spurs off one double socked on thats on the ring main. Is this ok or is it to much to be taken from one plug?

Are you sure both the fuse spurs and the double socket come off of just that one double socket. If it is the case then there will be a minimum of four cables in that one socket....

If your right then it is not very good practice at all

Yes all from the one socket. Is the plug overloaded full stop or can the use of junuction boxes make it all a bit safer and better.

well the best way to make it safe is make the spurred points part of the ring so then if there ever is a problem or fault all the connections are in the boxes as appose to in the wall behind nice decoration :)
