kitchen spotlights

Hi,

I'm trying to install some new spotlights in place of a single bulb in my kitchen but am having a few problems.

I have a loop-in system and have three 2-core and earth cables coming into the ceiling rose - 2 are circuit and 1 is the switch. My problem is that I'm not sure how to connect these up to the new spotlights - the wiring diagram only that came with them only shows how to connect 3 wires, live, neutral and earth but I have 3 of each! Which wires should I connect where? What happens to the swicthed live wire??

Any help anyone could give would be great!
