Laminate Floor expansion problem

I have had a laminate floor in my lounge for around 18 months now which i laid myself but still have'nt got round to getting any skirting boards on (don't ask why!!!) anyway recently my floor had a big bulge under it like it was full of air! Obviously the floor has expanded and touched right up to the edge of the walls. Is there any way i can sort this without getting the whole damn floor up! Please somebody help me!!!!!!!!!!

Did you allow enough gap for expansion on wall edge ?

If you now have no expansion gap then hire a door trimmer, you will be able to run it along the wall and take out a 10 mm strip without removing the floor.
