You can get it but it still warps if you get a constant leak.

You are better of with vinyl.

yes you can. look for stuff with AC5 on it. Most other stuff will be AC 3

You can buy laminate flooring that is water proof. Look at berry floor hydro plus.

And Aquastep but its expensive at £40 sq mtr. Its totally waterproof though. I posted a topic a few days ago asking if anybody had used Aquastep but there's been no replies.

modern flooring for wet areas uses pvc instead off wood so dosnt suffer from swelling/delamination
i havent used it personaly so cant comment
although at the time off this post plastic flooring wasnt an option
