hi ive got an area of 240sqm that needs turfing any ideas on what the going rate is per sqm in the midlands area including materials ie turf and topsoil?

B & Q is selling at £3.50 per metre. So your lawn would cost £840 from B & Q, but shop around on line and you will find much cheaper.
