Lawnmower explosion

I was using my lawnmower when it exploded sparked and smoked so i cut of supply and left in garage now i try it and it does the same any help please?
This mower has an induction motor does that make any difference?

Naughty Naughty boy, your obviously using it without an RCD protected socket or RCD adaptor, if you were then it would have disconnected the supply for you.

Secondly, buy a new Lawnmower, unless it is in Guarantee, in which case return it.
