Leaking mixer tap

Anyone know how to dismantle this tap as its leaking cold water.

normally a hole on the top of tap near back, where you fit an allen key in...i think

FIsh out the plug at the front - it'll go ion there.
But I bet the tap's scrap.

Thanks for your help, thought i might be able to tighten something or change a ceramic disc.

Do you think its best to replace it itn the long run?
