I am looking for some help locating the cause of some damp which appears in my hall during/after rain. I have checked rendering and although not perfect water does not seem to be penetrating it, I have also resealed the windows.
I suspect there could be a leak from the roof which is running behind the rendering/through the brick work.
Do any of you have any experience dealing with this kind of problem previously?
I am really struggling to find the source so any help would be appreciated.
