As you can see from the picture...the leaks that I'm getting in the lounge... this has been a problem for years if I'm honest. Only starts leaking when it's raining very heavy. There's a slated roof just where the leak is.

How much will it cost to get something like this repaired?

I deffo need to get a roofer in but I wanna be able to negotiate well. If I know what kind of work will be anticipated.

Why do you need to negotiate?

Get 3 quotes to have it repaired.

Also pictures from the outside would help.

Even if someone can give you a price here, it doesn't mean you can get that price from your chosen roofer. All you can do is get a quote and see if you are happy with it.

No I totally understand that. I just wanted to get some knowledge. Ie know what the possible faults could be. So I know what I'm talking about with the roofer.

You don't need to know what you are talking about. You tell them and show them the leak, and ask how much? The quote isn't binding and you are not stuck with it. If you are happy with it then tell them you want it done. If not, tell them you'll think about it.
