That's a shame. I like to think i got on well with her, she was always polite and straight forward to deal with... After working there for all that time I'd got used to the communication difficulties.
The system is easier to maintain than it looks initially. I have an office day tomorrow if you want to go through things with me on the phone.
But like I said above, those boilers were designed to be condensing heavily and need a full strip down every couple of years.
We've not been there for several years, and due to the age of the original system, and Lady C's EXPRESSED (she was extreeeeeemely adamant that carpets would not be lifted), despite the filter and LLH, crud could still have mullered the valve.
