Lean to Roof

I am constructing a lean to roof 22.5 pitch 3.6 rafter length.Will 175mmx 47mm be ok for the rafter size.Also what size will I need for the ceiling joists and how are these attached to the rafter.Can they be chopped into exsisting house wall for support at that end

Assuming a right angled triangle then:
the going/run from wall plate to house wall will be 3330mm
the rise will be 1380mm.
The rafters can be 150mm x 50mm.

The rafters land on a ledger or pole plate, and the same with the joists, they too land on a plate or ledger.
No need to chop anything into the existing house wall.

The ceiling joists can also be 150mm x 50mm.

What dimensions would the plate need to be to attach the top of the rafter
and is 100x75 ok for bottom of rafter

both ledger wall plates can be 150 x 50 material.
Use hangers for fixing the rafters and the joists.
