Is there a way to energise the economy 7 supply during peak hours with this meter?

Looked up that it can be done on the liberty 110 by pressing 2 and then A!
Didn't work on this one.
Just replaced 2 immersion stats on a direct cylinder and wanted to check them both as off peak is in the bottom and customer won't get a full cylinder if the eco7 doesn't activate tonight! Checked mcb on and fuse in fcu.
