I would say the two wires going into M on the old switch will go to L on the new switch.
The single wire going to L1 on the old will go to L1 on the new.
The old switch has two terminals, the new switch has two terminals. Thanks all for the replies, the new switch is just a nicer switch.
The new switch only has two terminals, L1 and L.
Do you know that or educated guess? Thank you!

Just make sure that the two wires that are in one terminal on the old switch are also in one terminal on the new switch and the other wire is in the other terminal.
