Lights coming off Socket

Hi,

I want to install 2 bedside wall lights, we currently have a double socket behind the bed.

It is on a RCD and a ring.. Can I come off it to a fuse spur and then direct to each fitting (They will have on/off switch built in)

And of course make a note of this in the CU so we know the wall lights come off the socket circuit.
