whatever product you try, make sure that you apply it to a part that cannot be seen first. Some bleach-type cleansers take out colour with the stain

I think it more likely that a solvent based cleaner will remove this, lipstick is a fatty/greasy product. I'd try Isopropyl alcohol, but as the previous post said, try on an inconspicuous area first.

HOW did you get the lipstick ON the upholstry in the first place :oops:
