Is there any difference between Ruberiod Synthaprufe and Aquaseal Hyprufe?

I thought they were both liquid dpm's but Synthaprufe seems to cost a lot more, is it industrial strength or something?

I've got to put the stuff on an extension floor. The building reg. says synthaprufe but most of builders merchants I've been to say that Aquaseal is the same thing, and cheaper. Just want to make I'm getting the right stuff.

Synthaprufe is a cold applied bituminous, waterproof and flexible. We supply the bitumen to the Ruberoid Company and Aquaseal. I not too sure about Aquaseal compare to Synthaprute but I do know Synthaprute meet all the BS and highly recommended by building control.
