1. Usable loft space:
First floor dimensions, 4m width x 7.2m length. Loft height 2.4m at highest point. Is 150cm lost from each side of the length for eaves storage? Roughly, what size room can I get?
2. Dormer:
In a dormer(rear only) conversion do I get full length at the rear end? So, if 150cm is lost from one side I can get 7.2m - 150cm = 7.05m usable room length?
3. Price:
I understand this depends on the finish, however, as a ball park figure wha is the price for a dormer vs non dormer loft conversion?
