Lost key for window

I have windows but somewhere between this lodger and the last one have lost the one remaining key. This is the window. My lodger has managed to lock the window hence sealing himself in for the summer. Does anyone know where I will get a key.

The key looks like a mini old fashioned key - long stem with section at end rather than looking like a yale or a door key.

Thank you all, you're all amazingly helpful. I can now sort tomorrow and he doesn't have to die of heat exhaustion this summer!

John, I probably should have said, the previous owners only ever left one of that key - very helpful of them!
