Loud knocking noice in spin dry Hoover HNWl 3166

I bought this washer dryer last month, and it makes very loud knocking noises when it goes on to spin dry, this especially happens when the load is less. I tried to rearrange load in between spin cycles but still the noise is there. Is this problems with all new advanced washing machines or it is work returning this machine as its in warranty period

turn the drum by hand (or spin it) is there any noise?
