Low hot water Pressure!

Hi guys , I know nothing about plumbing!

overview:

A very old house, with the bathroom downstairs, Copper boiler is in the living room in a cuboard and the water tank is in the attic. white box thingy is in the kitchen.

we have extremley LOW pressure with the warm water and very HIGH Pressure with the cold.

Plus the Rads are not as hot as they should be and one of them upstairs dont even warm up

i have bled Rads

Hot and cold water pressure situation sounds pretty typical. As for the CH problem, you need a heating engineer (given that you don't even know what a boiler is, I don't really think there's much point in trying to talk you through any checks, sorry).

is the cold water supply to the bathroom e.g from the tank or off the mains

i agree with chris if you dont know what a boiler is call someone out who does

I was using the bad terminology as humour

what are the basic troubleshooting checks ?
