low water pressure

hi, last month i moved in to an older property (old farm house with convertion). water pressure through the house is ok apart from the upstairs shower which is electric. was wondering if this had anything to do with the water tank being appox the same hight. as the upstairs is in the eves of the roof. not sure of make of shower!

can any one help??

most electric showers should run off the mains not a tank.
need to know what shower it is.
