Low water pressure

What cou;d be the cause of a decrease in water pressure inside my house?

I have turned off all the faucets in my house and checked the meter to see if it is showing water usage and the meter is not showing any water usage.

Check with your water company first if there's a drop in water pressure or maybe some waterpipe work going on near you.
