Macerators are meant for pumping toilet waste through small bore pipework not pumping waste water to a higher level. Perming solution is nasty stuff and is probably doing the seals in.
What is required is a waste pump rather than a macerator. It would be a good idea to check with the manufacturers about the compatibility with chemicals.
