I think that you have been rather too trusting of that fellow.

To me he was unable to diagnose the fault and knew that the diaphragm was not likely to be the problem.

All the evidence points to him ignoring your telephone calls from your known knumber.

As far as I can see, your system is fine now that you have reduced the DHW flow rate.

Hi ,can someone help me with my main Medway super ,The problem is I'm having is ,I had a water leak which I've fixed by putting a new push rod O ring ,Now I'm having another problem with a small gas leak just under the burner where the pin is , It light up when the pilot is on that cause a small flame to light up ,but when the pilot is off I can't get any leak at all ,all the screws are fully tighten ,can someone explain to me where the leak is coming from and which parts need changing and I got a corgi plumber to help me ,Because Medway is old he don't have a clue where the leak is coming from ,I had the same problem before with my old main Medway boiler I got rid of it for this one 10 years ago ,thank you for your help ,god bless.
