Mains water pressure suddenly gone low

a few months ago we had a new water pipe t replace our lead pipe. And great it works well. Over the last few days the water flow looks like it has reduced by about 50%. We have a outside tap next to stop cock where mains comes in. It doesn't give us the water flow we got before. I rang Severn Trent and they said there's no maintence in my area and they don't know what it is.

Any ideas

have you got a water meter?

might be a burst downstream of your stopcock.

You could try a stethoscope or listening stick while you turn it on and off.

It is a mdpe pipe in duct and I have ensured the angles it is being put on the bend into property is ideal. Don't think it's leak.And pressure was ok till a few days ago

Debris stuck in the pipework or a valve.

The only place that could be then is the stop tap or the outside tap

Sounds like sh.t in your Stopcock. Which can happen when a new supply is fitted. It's rarely flushed out properly.
