Major leak in kitchen - Builders/Roofers please help

Lead re done and chased into walk.. let's see if any difference.

Neighbour has same leak, same place.

dents in the lead, its gives a indication of the amount of skill used.

I doubt it will as you still have the same arrangement in place.
dpc is no good for a tray in this situation. the chances are the lead is over the top of the dpc .this will trap water in under the lead flashing.
it should be over the top of the lead and the lead shouldn't need the lead sealant. its going to trap water in...

The sealant is to fill the chase, its properly in this time not secured to face
