My parents house has an old manual 3 port valve.

It's been leaking, and now it will not move at all.

Are these still available? If so what is there proper name?

I can't find any manufacturers details on it, but I've taken a couple of photos.

Can't be 100% sure but it could be a Servowarm or other makers manual diverter valve. Best bet is to convert the system to a 3 port mid position valve (Y Plan). Would be more expensive to do this but you would improve your system and have interlocks on the boiler to shut it down.
