Markings to Outside Wall How to Clean

Hi, I have had a leaking gutter all winter.
It has now been repaired but I can see the wall has gone a funny colour outside.
I had a leak further along and the wall is quite green.

Can anyone recommend what I should use to get the wall to look normal again or should I just leave it?

A dilute brick acid mix and a scrubbing brush, then hose down once brick facing is clean to prevent unused acid from damaging mortar.

The white is limescale, acid removes.

I think the lime bloom comes from your garden tap.

It’s also higher than tap.

Almost as if bricks could absorb water.
