maxim dv3 digi box, how to auto change?

Neighbour came round today to ask me to tune their digibox. They've got no instructions and i've looked everywhere in the menus and can't find the auto tune button. Any ideas?

unplug for 10 mins iff that dosnt work unplug overninght
then hopfully you will have a prompter menu on screen
