maxin 24e - too hot water

I,ve got a problem with my boiler - water is too hot. I can't chance the water temperature with any handle - I don't know why it doesn't work.
Unfortunately I don't have a manual for that boiler so maybe I just don't know how to set it up. Thanks for any help.
