Hi my rads get hot after a shower on my Maxin24e , the hot water is not as hot as it was, i'm guessing the diverter valve but cant see why it would only open part way to allow half the hot water to the tap. Pressure on system remaining the same?? please help.

I would think the diaphragm isn't moving as far as it should. this will leave the heating port on the diverter valve partially open, thus causing some of your heat to go to the rads. It might only need a diaphragm, but it may require more, complete service kit or even a new diverter valve.
