My consumer unit uses MEM carrier fuses, is there an MCB replacement for these like there is for the Wylex rewireable fuses?

Almost certainly NOT. However even if there is, you would be wasting your money in buying them.
I have seen retro-fit plug in MCB's for MEM consumer units. But as flameport says, there really isn't much point.
