MDF radiator cover

Hello all,

I have a new MDF radiator
Cover coming which I will need to cut to make room for some Radiator pipes that run Over the skirting. It has a cutout for skirting but I will need to customise this.

What would Be the best method for this? Preferably hand tools if possible as I do not have any power tools.

Equally you coould use an auger bit in a drill and a hand saw
