Megaflo, and Icos problem

I have an Ideal Icos HE24 boiler and a Megaflow tank with the same two valves - Honeywell 272848 and Drayton ZA6.

My boiler recently packed up so I had Ideal out to do a fixed-price repair. They replaced loads of components (practically the whole boiler) and it was all working a treat for roughly two weeks.

Now the boiler doesn't seem to turn off and the pump by the Megaflow tank is always running. When the hot water and central heating are set to off, the boiler remains on status 'c' with a blinking burner light. If I turn the boiler off completely, the pump by the water tank keeps going and the tank is still hot. Not sure if water is still being heated, it could be residual heat as the hot water turned off a couple of hours ago.

Have turned the whole lot off for now but I'm not sure what to do next. If the problem remains when I turn it back on tomorrow, should I get ideal to come back out, or is it more likely to be a system problem? If it's the latter, plumber or electrician?

Thanks in advance!
