Megaflo wiring issues.
Hello everybody. This is my first post.
I'm ok at the plumbing, its the wiring ive got issues with (and my computer skills). I've installed a Megaflo systemfit 125l indirect hot water cylinder along with the Danfoss TP9000 programmer that is supplied as a kit. The boiler is a Ravenheat CSI 85 primary AAA. The boiler and cylinder work fine, the problem ive got is with the pump overrun. Ive wired the boiler live, neutral and earth into the cylinder as it shows in the schematic wiring diagram but this cant be right. Any help will be much appreciated. Cheers, Ron.

unvented ticket number 85615. I dont claim to know everythink.

Whats your problem Dan? Why are you talking like this? Its a primary boiler not a system boiler.

Don't give me attitude. I'm in the process of helping you.

The csi 85 primary manual I I have is a combination boiler.

What is the gc number? Are you gas safe registered?

Hello Dan. GC NUMBER 47-581-05 Gas safe number 513099 The pump comes installed on the cylinder with a wiring center, two two port valves, bye pass etc, etc. Ravenheat are unhelpful and Megaflow have given me three different ways but to no avail.

Then you wire the pump to the boiler and the orange and greys for the zone valves through the clock terminals.

Terminal orders in the boiler:

earth
neutral
permanent live
zone valve grey,
zone valve orange
pump earth
pump neutral
pump live.

Suggest you register for the combustion chamber section of the forum for further assistance.

This is easily done I will direct you but first answer the following
do you have a common supply to both appliances?
ie one power source for both? if so is the supply to the boiler or cylinder first

Matt

Edit- basically what Dan says (these younguns are to quick for me ;) )
still answer the question though

I've tried many different ways throughout the day but had to leave it as I became a granddad at 6.30 this evening.

I left it working fine but without pump overrun with one live into the cylinder wiring center as per diagram.

Thanks for any help you can give but ill have to leave it till the morning but I better go see me daughter. Cheers
