Hello,
DIY newbie here! I've just bought a new flat and it is fitted with a Menvier security system. I have had the instruction manual sent to me in the post and it is either a TS790 or TS900 model.
I have just had a full electrical rewiring of the flat done and now the security system displays error messages "code tamper 01" and "call engineer to reset system" and beeps every minute. The instruction manual does not provide a reset code or a contact number for an engineer but just says "call the installation company to attend and reset your system". I have no idea who this is. Does anyone know how to do this yourself as no doubt it will otherwise incur a hefty fee. I will be considering removing the alarm system otherwise.
