Metal Cross Wall Ties to fix moving wall - any experts?

Hi All,

I am looking to purchase an old Victorian property that needs complete renovation. It has Metal Cross ties to hold the wall in place (see picture below). I know these keep the wall from moving away from the property but is this a cause for concern in the future? How long will they support it for? Can this be costly to put right if there is an issue?

Once these are in there is no issue
