metro timing marks

does anyone happen to know the timing marks on a 1992 rover metro 1.1 carbed engine?
i can clearly see the crankshaft marks but the camshaft sprocket although marked doesnt have a clear reference point to line it up with,it looks like it has to be at 3 o clock but thats a guess

Timing marks are at 3-o-clock in line with mark on upper cylinder head face.
