Hi all,
I've been asked to relocate 3 or 4 rads that are currently supplied by microbore pipes (8mm I think).
After moving the rads can I install the new pipe work in 15mm and then just re-balance the system ?

It's an open vented c/h stystem with f & e tank in the loft.

thanks in advance

Would be better.

You could for ease and speed use 15mm barrier pipe, and use 15mm copper tails to the rads. ;)

id prefer to see coper all the way, nothing wrong with 8mm or 10mm. why do you guys insist on running it down?

Im not knocking it Mark, I dont use it.
Would replace in copper myself, having said that this is a DIY forum and a novice would find plastic easier, would,nt you agree. ;)
